YEKATERINBURG, Russia, June 20 (Xinhua) -- France captain and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris on Wednesday urged his teammates to raise their technical and physical level in the next World Cup match against Peru.

During the pre-match press conference in Yekaterinburg, Lloris admitted that Les Bleus missed the aggressiveness against Australia last Saturday and must be more efficient in the future.

Noting the Thursday's match may be Peru's "last chance to move on to the next round", Lloris said that the whole France team must raise their physical and technical level in the game.

The match between France and Peru in the World Cup Group C also marks the goalkeeper's 100th appearance for Les Bleus.

Lloris said it is a great personal pride to reach this symbolic figure. However, he also said the record "is still secondary because we're in the midst of the World Cup".

"You have to be focused on your training and matches, and the best way to enjoy (the record) is to keep winning for the team," he added.
